What types of payment does Food Town accept?
Food Town gladly accepts cash, checks with proper identification, debit cards and most types of credit cards. These include American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also participate in the WIC program.
Can I get a member card on line ?
Unfortunately, not at this time, yet, please feel free in stopping by our location and inquire about it to any of our Staff and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I order through the website instead of the phone??
Yes. For our dedicated clients that pre-ordered their purchases with us via telephone, you can now submit your list to us via the Contact Us form online and we will provide you with the same superb service you deserve.
How can I forward a comment, compliment or complaint to Food Town’s Management?
Food Town wants every customer to be completely satisfied with our service and our products. Why did a particular product get discontinued? Will you stock a particular item?
Food Town is always looking for better ways to serve customers by giving them the right mix of merchandise. In screening thousands of products, our buyers carefully choose a variety of products that appeal to a diverse group of shoppers. Over time, shoppers� needs change and new products that better meet those needs may be introduced. Food Town will change its product mix to keep up with changes in customer preferences. You may submit requests for products to our Customer Relations Department at your convenience during your visit.
